Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
By placing an order with Floor & Furnishing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all transactions between you, the customer, and with Floor & Furnishing.

2. Orders and Payments

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or deposit as agreed.
• All Quotes are valid for 14 days.
• Payments can be made via accepted payment methods.
• Custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time of purchase, the balance in full by the Customer or prior to the date of installation of the Product.

 3. Product Descriptions

• We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or display settings.
• Custom blinds are made to your specifications and may not be returned unless defective or not as ordered.

4. Installation Services

• The customer must ensure that the installation area is ready and accessible. Additional charges may apply if special accommodations are required.
• Floor & Furnishing is not responsible for any damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper use of installed products.

5. Delivery and Lead Times

• Estimated lead times for delivery or installation are provided at the time of order. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to supply chain issues or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not liable for any delays outside of our control but will communicate any changes promptly.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• As all of the Products are custom made, Customers are unable to cancel their Quotation or terminate the Contract once it has been accepted.
• Installation fees are non-refundable.

7. MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

• all products sold to the Customer will be free from defects in material and workmanship (Warranty). 
• Products upon full payment of the Fees. If the Fees are not paid in full, the Customer will not obtain the benefit of the Warranty. We offer one year limited warranty on all blinds covering defects in materials and 6 months for workmanship.

8. Liability

• Floor & Furnishing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• Our total liability for any claim, including product defects, is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected during transactions will be used solely for order processing and customer service purposes.
• We do not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Floor & Furnishing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future transactions.
